You should let people sign up for administrator and developer spots that are open. to sign up you must be friends with at least two admins in the game for a chance, but one person required is JTV.
If you made it so you can choose more roles it would be better one I thought of is : mage. It gives you 5% better luck on fruits so you can get better ones :)
